The Academy at a glance:
- located in Toruń’s city center, just a ten minute walk from medieval old town on UNESCO World Heritage list,

- spacious and comfortable work spaces / multifunctional room (over 100 sq. m surface),

Our culinary workshops for tourists
- hands on preparation of Polish and local cuisine, both classic an modern,
- introduction to Polish and local history and culinary traditions,
- presentation and degustation of local food products,
- duration time: from 2 to 8 hours, workshops held in English, German, Russian, Italian and Spanish,
- workshop participants are provided with: individual working places and cookware; aprons for use during class; high-quality ingredients for meal preparation; cleaning services during cooking time and eating time; printed receipts and ingredient lists; support from our team member,
